We had the fortune and pleasure of booking Pete and his wife for our Annual Staff Spring Dinner/Ball. Pete came by recommendation from one of my staff however neither my Bank Managers nor I had ever seen him so we were taking a bit of a chance.
If you watch the demo reel on the web site you will see from the staff, their partners or guests’ reaction it was a chance that really paid off.
At the outset Pete ascertained what we wanted and then personalised an evening to our requirements.
The evening had so much energy, variety and fun in it and with everyone attending engaged. The mix of comedy along with his own great singing, the river dance act with Dawn and then the disco really did the trick. He incorporated some really funny comedy involving the staff without making them feel embarrassed or awkward, a very neat talent not many can do.
Pete is a very talented entertainer and goes about his booking and preparation and the evening itself with absolute professionalism.
I have no hesitation recommending Pete to any individual or company and in fact I am now moving to Norwich Group and we will be using Pete at our Spring Ball later this year.

The Randolph Hotel
We have employed the services of PB Entertainment over the last 4 years at The Randolph Hotel. We very much appreciate the level of professionalism that Pete has, from original enquiry to booking and from booking to actual function date, he always checks with us as clients that our needs will be fulfilled.
We have always found Pete to be punctual, organised and well equipped for all our guests requirements and have used Pete to entertain wedding clients, celebration parties, office parties and car club rallies. Ravenwood Hall Hotel
When we recenty had a charity cabaret night at our hotel it was hosted by Pete Buchanan who was extremely entertaining, upon looking at him you would say, this guy is funny, then he started singing… the whole room were as surprised as I was, he has a fantastic voice which captivated the audience as he sung. With his wit and humour thrown in also it was all a very enjoyable evening for all. Then his wife Dawn came out to dance – Dawn started to dance the river dance, and was extremely good and lovely to watch… but to our horror at first, half way through came on Pete and also performed the river dance, it was hilariously funny, the whole audience including myself were in stitches, it was one of the funniest and most entertaining nights we have had.
Later on that year we had another show for charity of which Pete and Dawn very kindly entertained us again, I still don’t know if it was funnier the first time or second time round, but the audience and myself certainly again loved the entertainment.

Clarice House
After having used Pete Buchanan for several Corporate and Private events I would recommend using him to anyone. I have seen and booked plenty of good entertainment in the past but Pete Buchanan offers just that little bit more.
He has a superb singing voice and a natural ability to ad-lib, involve and entertain a live audience while using humour and everyday observations. He is the complete Singer/Entertainer and I would use him for any Corporate or Private entertainment event. Looking forward to having him back soon.

Pete Buchanan was fantastic! The entertainment was of a very high standard, and very professional. I have never known something so unusual to go down so well with our agents.
All our guests and agents loved the entertainment, especially the audience participation (“go Ronnie!”) and the Irish dancing competition. It’s certainly something we will remember, and we have the photographic evidence!
They all had a memorable evening, and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Cranmog Morgan Club
Pete has provided the Disco at an annual Fancy Dress and Awards Evening that I organise on behalf of our regional sports car club for several years now. He is excellent at reading his audience and providing music that makes sure people are up and dancing. He has a wide range of music to suit all tastes, and, unlike many DJs, does not insist on playing a track to the bitter end if the opening few bars have completely emptied the dance floor (Uncle Eric may love ‘the Funky Gibbon’, but it’s not to everyone’s taste! Though if Uncle Eric is dancing, Pete will make sure he’s not on his own!)
What I have come to appreciate at this and other parties where Pete has been the DJ is his versatility – if you want a straightforward disco with minimal chat, no problem – but if you want something a little more interesting, Pete’s talents are soon brought to the fore. He has the gift of the gab and good comedy timing so can interact really well with his audience with genuine spontaneity (during the awards, we had snatches of music which fitted perfectly with our fancy dress theme).
Last year, the club decided to try something different with the disco on the more formal evening of the weekend and so we discovered Pete The Vocalist. His easy-listening style (think Rat Pack) was perfect to ease us from coffee through to the disco. This year, we hope to have Pete back again– should be great fun!
